Sawing concrete plank

Employee lost balance when right saw handle slipped. He stepped between two planks and fell to the ground pinning right ankle. Leg got trapped as he fell and saw handle hit him in the head also. Saw handle slipped off and threw employee off-balance causing him to step between two concrete planks and pinning his ankle while leg twisted.
