TM was cleaning the airlock vanes of [REDACTED] #1 of Phase 8 Sugar Coat. TM had opened the interlocked safety door to gain access underneath from below the airlock. While attempting to clean the airlock their fingers had become caught between a vane and the wall of the airlock.
