Before the incident
A Forklift Operator was filling an airbag for an outbound load using a standard inflator.
What happened
The inflator fell off of the pallet on which it had been placed. As the operator attempted to catch the falling inflator their finger entered the air inlet on the inflator contacting the impeller and receiving a cut to the tip of their finger.
