She was about to get out of her van to deliver two boxes.
What happened
Employee was about to get out of her van to deliver two boxes and as she stepped off the last step her left foot slipped to the side. She fell with the boxes and was in a lot of pain and her foot started to swell. Two people on the scene helped her up and gave her ice. Then she returned to the station.
