What happened
Employee was in the process of removing a loose board from a pack of lumber as the board came loose from the pack the Employee turned to throw it to side when suddenly felt pain on the lower back extending down to the right leg. Employee proceeded to report the incident. Supervisor called work care and was advised further medical care was needed. Consequently the employee was taken to the ER. Pain medication was prescribed and released with a one-day limited duty. limited duties were accommodated and the employee returned to work.
