What happened
EE was standing on top of the sander while wearing fall protection. The EE stepped over a metal Unistrut and placed their foot on some conduit nearby. The conduit slid down from under the employee. The ee slid down lost their balance hitting their lower abdomen on top of the metal Unistrut. EE was taken to the ER and WorkCare was notified.
