What happened
Employee States: Injured Employee was completing a bail in the backroom with another employee. While employee was ejecting the bail on to a pallet the bail got jammed and was stuck halfway. Injured employee was trying to pull the twine to get the bail on the pallet while pulling the twine the twine snapped and injured employee almost fell back. Injured employee did not fall but from having to hold themselves up from the twine snaping they injured their knee. The injured employee stated that they never fell or hit their knee on anything but from the pressure of holding themselves up they injured their knee. They felt like their knee popped during the incident.
