What happened
Employee States: I was reorganizing the salvage truck by stack the pallets and pushing the bale towards the back of the truck. There was one pallet in between a stack of pallets and the bale. When I was trying to use the pallet jack the bale was hitting the other stack of pallets behind it. I jumped on top of the bale and then jumped down on the pallet to pick up the pallet. When I landed on the pallet and my foot went in between the two pieces of wood causing my foot to twist and get stuck.
