Employee States: The first time i was carrying a basket and i put too many things in it. I did it multiple times and it kind of started hurting but i just thought i would get used to it. [REDACTED] i got a 3 item order on cart to curb and it was all waters but it was 3 of the 4 gallon waters and i picked up one of them and then it really started hurting so i asked for help with the other two. Three were 2 35 packs of water and i picked up two of them and by that point i really couldn 't do the other ones. I think I was lifting the waters wrong prior to that so that could be it.
