Employee States: Employee states that he was standing on a pallet of Bananas pulling a case of Organic Bananas towards him when the black strap on the bottom of the pallet became stuck on the heel of his left shoe causing him to twist to his right and fall on the floor of the Produce Backroom landing on his Right Hip and hitting the right side of his face on the floor. Employee stated that he felt a pop in his right hip after he hit the floor. He stated that he was in a lot of pain could not bend his right leg or put any weight on it. The employee also broke his glasses when he hit his head on the floor which caused a small cut on just above his right eye.
