What happened
Employee States: At around [REDACTED] I was at [REDACTED] coupling up to [REDACTED] 64125. I did a tug test connected all of my lines and the [REDACTED] was being raised up by the smart valve as of this was happening. I then went out to raise my landing gear and once I was done I started to look under the [REDACTED] to see if the king pin was locked in correctly when suddenly the rear driver side air bag exploded on the tractor 23004. This loud explosion caused a slight ringing in my left ear and also caused me to jerk my right knee away from the tractor. This sudden movement caused severe pain in my right knee. I immediately called dispatch to report
