What happened
Employee States: Employee states he was grabbing a case of cookies (35lbs) from the bottom shelf of warehouse racking in instore freezer. Employee states he case was set to the back on the shelf and he didn 't realize how heavy it was and when he pulled he felt a crack in the right side of lower back. Employee complain of right side lower back pain radiating into his right buttocks and thigh and wrapping around to front of leg.
