walking out of large TRF cooler

Employee States: Employee had gone into the walk in cooler. When she came out it was like something knocked the wind out of me. She started coughing immediately and her throat was burning. She felt short of breath and she felt like she was going into an asthma attack. Within minutes she had an intense headache and with in 30 minutes she was feeling lightheaded and nauseous. She almost lost her voice. She used her rescue inhaler multiple times. She is still having some problems since the incident.
