What happened
Employee States: Employee stated he was taking a super light box of brussels sprouts from the pallet and placing it on the stack of brussels sprouts in the clean and cut bay. Employee stated that he dropped the brussels sprouts because something felt off in his right shoulder he felt a very sharp pain and felt like his shoulder gave out. Employee stated he continued to break down the load and it happened three more times within a half hour always on super lightweight items. He stated that heavy items did not cause his shoulder any pain. Employee stated his shoulder felt kind of numb cool and sore. He compared it to the feeling you get when you apply icy hot.
