Employee States: Employee states that she opens the department 3 days a week and the cooper cheese that gets sliced daily takes a good hour to ninety minutes to slice down. Plus Kitchen order gets done every morning which needs to be sliced down. So the constant use of my arm I have tendinitis in my shoulder joint. I started feeling this pain [REDACTED] and it has been progressively gotten worse since then.
