Employee States: Employee was in [REDACTED] stacking oil. Employee was stocking shelf when she moved her feet to adjust her position to finish the box of oil that she was stocking. Employee 's left foot caught the oil. Employee then stumbled and tried to catch herself. While trying to do so her body twisted because she tripped over 2 cases of items on floor waiting to be stocked. During this trip she hit left ankle and right calf. She then fell. Left knee was swollen since then.
