Employee States: Employee stated that they were checking in the [REDACTED] milk delivery and they were reaching for a gallon of milk on the top the sixth stack on the top and when they reached in the crate to pull out the gallon of milk to scan when they scanned the gallon of milk they have to twist the milk jug to scan it in the scanner then they felt like they twisted their left elbow and their left elbow got weak when the elbow went into that twisted position.
