Before the incident
[REDACTED] has difficulty retrieving product from the freezer. [REDACTED] also stated that when retrieving racks from the oven she has felt a strain on her shoulder.
What happened
Employee States: The employee stated I was pulling and pushing the racks. I was taking down boxes from above my head. She mentioned that her muscles are not developed for this kind of work. In the freezer the plastic curtains were hard to push at times. When I was pulling the racks from the oven I felt strain in the joints of my left shoulder. The pain began in [REDACTED] in my left shoulder. By [REDACTED] the pain had worsened and I couldn 't lift my phone without discomfort.
