Employee States: I was cleaning deep cleaning on the counter (wet wall) and there are sliding racks that everything sits on top off. The rack locked and I couldn 't get it out so I wrenched it. As I pulled it out I wrenched the wrong way. I had to lean into the counter and it was a storm of twisting the wrong direction.
