Employee States: Employee states I was turning around with a tray and I didn 't see the empty cart in front of me because it sits low. I stumbled over it and hit both shins against the cart hard. When I fell I protected my head but the right side of my body hit the ground hard. The impact was on the shoulder and right upper arm. My body curved and it hurt my back.
