Employee States: The employee was cleaning the stacker slicer. She put it in cleaning mode. There is a latch that needs to be unlocked to lower the carriage. The latch isn 't working the way it should and needs to be manually moved to lower the carriage. The employee used a scraper type tool to move the latch. While she was trying to unlock it with the tool the tip of her right hand index finger got pinched in the stacker.
