Employee States: I went to wash my hands to help a couple customers. When I walked over to the hand was sink on my second step I slipped. I did not have anything to hold onto so I fell. I hit my head on the table as I fell and I also hurt my knee hip and elbow on the way down. email from Front End Manager [REDACTED] Good afternoon! She remembered while she was going over the incident with the doctor. She said it was not a puddle of oil she slipped on it was actually a pair of scissors someone had dropped on the floor. Is there a way for us to amend the incident report to reflect this or will we have to re submit a new one?
