Employee States: Employee states There was a sticker that was stuck to my right foot. I picked my foot up to take it off and I tripped over my foot. I fell backwards and tried to catch myself by putting my arms out behind me to use my hands to catch my fall on the ground. I also hit the back of my head on the rack.
