Employee States: As I was pulling racks out of the bakery freezer I felt a pull in the right side of my lower back area I also pulled a rack out of the oven that was stuck and then felt a pulling pain in the same area. I am having trouble getting a full breath and am uncomfortable lifting as it hurts each time.
