What happened
Employee States: ' 'I was loading up the runner in the freezer with about 10 to 15 boxes of frozen bread on it. Once the runner was full I then was trying to get the runner to fit in the freezer without blocking the door. The floor was slippery and the runner wasn 't moving and as I pushed the runner to readjust in the freezer I slipped. Then the boxes from the runner started to fall on me and then the runner fall on me as well. I fell into the racks on the wall and all the boxes were on top of me crushing me into rack on the back wall in the freezer. ' '
