Employee States: Employee states as she was leaving the bakery freezer with 1 box of cake tucked in her left arm she went around the corner near the donut area. Employee states as she was walking she felt something very hard (runner) hit her left shin which caused her to fall forward and hit the ground. Employee states that she fell onto the box of cake which pushed into her chest and caused some shortness of breath. Employee states that her left knee hit the ground and she slightly bumped her head underneath the counter.
