What happened
Employee States: Employee stated I was getting ready to trim the skin and fat off of a leg of prosciutto. I was rushing and didn 't have my cut glove on. As I was trying to cut a thin piece of skin for the leg of prosciutto the knife slipped and cut into my left thumb. I immediately told my manager and then rushed to the back to apply pressure to the wound.
