What happened
Employee States: Employee states Usually when I scrape rice out of the bowl I use a spoon to scrape it to the best of my abilities. I always try to scrape the bowl. I 'm not sure if he gave me the knife because he felt other people weren 't doing their job. The dishwasher gave me a rectangular knife to scrape the rice out of the pot. I did it even thought I know it wasn 't my job. My knuckle scraped against the hard rice 2 times and that 's how I got this. At first I didn 't think nothing of it but I should have.
