Employee States: Employee was getting pizza dough from the cooler when reaching for the dough large blue container. Employee did not realize there was three binds instead of two. The third container fell onto employee 's right ankle. Causing employee to fall on the cooler floor and dropping the other dough containers. Employee has pain to right ankle.
