What happened

Employee States: The employee states she was getting cheese from the Cheese Cooler. The box was on the top shelf. She used a ladder to reach the box. As she grabbed the box she states it was very heavy and the box fell striking her in her right shoulder and right upper arm. She states the box and contents fell to the ground and she lost her balance also falling off the ladder to the ground. She states she got up and though she felt pain in her right shoulder and right arm she did not inform anyone of the situation. The employee states she was not scheduled to work the [REDACTED] and called out on [REDACTED]. She states she returned to work today and continues to feel pain in her right shoulder and right arm.
