Exiting the airport doors.

Agent tripped over the carpet exiting the airport. The carpet was flipped up due to the custodian cleaning and agent did not notice that it was folded over and tripped hard to the ground. Braced herself with her hands therefore also injuring her wrist. injured her right side knee side thigh elbows and hands. Carpet is never usually flipped over like that and they should have put cones around it to prevent hazardous falls. Paramedics was called and agent will go to dr on her own. was not transported to hospital. A report was filed by port of [REDACTED].
