What happened
While operating the line 4 packer the employee encountered an unusually high volume of down bottles due to flagged labels. This required the employee to repeatedly lift and lower the machine door to address the issue. During this repetitive motion the employee reported experiencing a shoulder injury. They noted a popping sensation in the shoulder when raising their arm above shoulder height. The employee continued working for approximately 30 minutes.
