What happened
Sister was agitated and pushed her walker a few times. Then when sister walked forward she tripped on the walker and fell to the floor. I tried to catch her and ended up lowering her to the ground. [REDACTED] and I used a gait belt to assist with lifting sister off the floor. I felt a strain on my right side when I lifted sister.
