Trying to remove a part from the Manganese Phosphate tank with a magnet
What happened
A 10lb 12 inch part dropped off a rack into the manganese phosphate tank. Two employees were then trying to get the part out using a magnet. As they were raising the part out the part came off of the hook and the injured employee tried to grab it but his hand entering the solution caused waves in the tank and the solution splashed up into the back of the chemical gloves causing the injury.
