Employee WAS SCRUBBED INTO A GALLBLADDER CASE. WHEN SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE CAP FROM THE LOCAL ANESTHETIC NEEDLE SHE DIDN 'T REALIZE THAT THE CAP HAD FALLEN OFF AND SHE STUCK HERSELF WITH THE DIRTY NEEDLE IN THE LEFT MIDDLE FINGER (AROUND THE KNUCKLE).
