Associate was on top of a trailer doing post pour inspections on a 63-foot column that had been placed on an extended trailer

[REDACTED] was moving in a sideways motion down the side of the column and stepped over dunnage and into the opening where trailer was extended and fell to the concrete floor. He struck his right side of back on the concrete ledge on the way down.
