Before the incident
TM was using a hand tool to clip the clips from the trim cover into the foam.
What happened
While clipping the trim cover clips into the foam a heater cord got stuck in the fan. TM was trying to remove the heater cord from inside the fan when the fan fell down. She then placed her left hand inside the fan to pick it up which caused the fan blade to hit and cut her left middle finger.
