What happened
Associate was training at the [REDACTED] roller. While collecting a sample the associate was grabbing the part off the dies. The part was still in the dies at the end of a cycle and the associate reached in and grabbed the part with their right hand while simultaneously hitting the button to manually cycle with their left hand. The machine cycled farther than intended and caught the index finger on the right hand as it returned to the start of a cycle.
