What happened
Two employees were in the process of transferring a film roll to the film cart. The employees started by setting the film roll down on the pallet before planning to transfer the film roll to the cart. When employee 1 set down the film roll onto the pallet injured employee went to remove hand from the under the film roll. As she was removing her hand the film roll smashed her hand.
