THE INJURED EMPLOYEE WAS REDIRECTING A PATIENT WHO WAS ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE BUT WAS ON LEGAL HOLD AND THE PATIENT HIT THE EMPLOYEE FROM BEHIND. THE EMPLOYEE FELL AGAINST THE DOOR HITTING HIS LEFT FOREARM TO THE GROUND AND THE PATIENT CONTINUED TO PUNCH THE EMPLOYEE IN THE LEFT EYE.
