Inspecting the crack sealer.

Employee was inspecting the operation of the crack sealer; the machine was stalling in operation. He was inspecting the machine internal paddle operation and the function of the wand dispensing the material. When he was getting off the machine he lost his footing and stumbled to the ground. He went to brace his fall with his hands and when he landed his hands slid into a pool of hot tar material.
