Team member was on the platform checking product temps with QA associate.
What happened
While checking product temp. the team member identified that the agitator inside of the cooker stopped running so he turned it to manual. This caused one of the paddles of the agitator to burst a nitrogen bubble that had built up in the sauce. The force and amount of nitrogen pushed through the seals of the cooker.
