What happened
[REDACTED] looked over his left shoulder stepped backwards and fell off the platform which is approx 8 high. This incident was caught on camera and considered to be a possible fraudulent claim as if it were staged.
Injury or illness
He claimed he hurt his left knee and left shoulder. Clinic reported he had an abrasion to his knee...the video clearly does not show where he hit his knee at all hence the reason we 're questioning the validity of the injuries being reported.

The platform he was standing on prior to his fall and then the steel beam he fell into which ultimately broke the fall before hitting the floor.
