Performing a titration test

Performing the test he crouched down with the lab hood lifted to read a label. This is when he believed at this point he inhaled soon of the hydrogen cyanide. He felt dizzy and had shortness of breath and migraine. Two other managers instructed him to go outside and get fresh air as he asked them if they smelled anything unusual but neither did. He finished his shift but did not feel quite right with symptoms of sniffles and being overly tired. On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] he began to feel off now with tight chest and shoulder pain. He was taken to the hospital where doctors cleared him and sent hm home. His symptoms disappeared over the weekend.
