What happened
Injured employee went into the [REDACTED] construction area to ask CRC Superintendent and his guys if they were working on the electricity because the patient bed did not have power in room 16. EVS was stripping waxing the floor in the new area. As injured employee was walking into the last room on the right he said he saw a wet spot but there was no wet floor sign and then when he went to step into the superintendent 's office his feet slid out from under him causing him to fall on his stomach
