The employee stepped down from the truck and when he stepped down from the truck to get the next set of tires he stumbled backward resulting in his left foot landing halfway on the grate and halfway on the trail causing him to hury his left ankle.

THE CLAIMANT WAS LOADING TIRES INTO THE BACK OF A TRUCK. WHEN HE STEPPED DOWN FROM THE TRUCK TO GET THE NEXT SET OF TIRES HE STUMBLED BACKWARD. HIS LEFT FOOT LANDED HALFWAY ON THE GRATE AND HALFWAY ON THE TRAIL CAUSING HIM TO HURT HIS LEFT ANKLE.
