EMPLOYEE TURNING AROUND TO GET OFF THE TRAILER AND STEPPED ON AN OLD RADIOLOGY DOOR THAT WAS ON THE GROUND. THE DOOR HAD GRAVEL PIECES AND FROST ON IT CAUSING THE EMPLOYEE TO LOSE HIS FOOTING AND FELL TO THE GROUND. EMPLOYEE LANDED ON RIGHT SIDE OF HIS BODY EMPLOYEE STARTED HAVING SIGNIFICANT PAIN IN THEIR RIGHT FOREARM [REDACTED].
