What happened
Employee was in the process of securing the small backhoe bucket in the loader end of the backhoe. While moving the small bucket into position (halfway point of bucket) to allow for the loader to curl the bucket in position the small bucket shifted twisted (believed to have been sitting on a nut bolt). As it shifted he quickly moved his right hand in an upward motion however this resulted in ring finger on his right hand to get pinched between the top of the bucket and the top of the loader.
