Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] the employee was working on the Contour to address tipped bottle problems. As he was working on the equipment he would correct issues and then observe for proper operation. Between events he was getting water at the water cooler by the full table. He didn 't feel any symptoms until he completed the job and was walking to the sleever area to let the operator know what he had did.
What happened
He started to feel light-headed and grabbed a pint of product to get some sugar in him and while walking to the sleever area. By the sleever table he felt his knees buckle. An operator helped him sit down on a small step stool. [REDACTED] 's legs started to tingle. [REDACTED] brought his mobile work chair and helped [REDACTED] sit down. Employees in the area put cool rags on his head face neck area to help cool him down. [REDACTED] called [REDACTED]. This is the last thing that [REDACTED] remembers till he was being pushed down the ramp. [REDACTED] was treated on the scene by Skyland Fire and Rescue at approx 0946 and then taken to Mission [REDACTED] where we was given Oxygen and fluids.
