Before the incident
The injury happened while lifting and throwing heavy linens into a bin at the end of my shift. The weight of the linens and the motion of lifting may have caused strain on my left upper arm.
What happened
While removing linens and trash at the end of my shift I experienced pain in my left upper arm when lifting and throwing the linens into the bin. The discomfort was caused by the heaviness of the load.
